Terms & Conditions

The rules that apply when you access Merodomain, create an account, purchase a plan, or operate a hosted website.

Last updated: June 22, 2026

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and Merodomain (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the platform, creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a plan, or using a hosted website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use Merodomain for a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and provide accurate, current information.
  • You are responsible for account activity and for protecting usernames, passwords, and authentication details.
  • You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access or a security incident.
  • You may not impersonate another person, register an account without authorization, or transfer an account in a misleading or unlawful way.

Standard plans currently include one website per customer account unless a written custom arrangement says otherwise.

3. Platform Services

Merodomain provides website setup and management tools that may include industry landing pages, themes, managed hosting, subdomains, domain assistance, content management, billing tools, support, security features, and third-party integrations.

Features vary by plan and may evolve over time. We may improve, replace, limit, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that every design, integration, domain name, search ranking, or third-party feature will always remain available.

Domains and third-party services

Domain registration, payment processing, analytics, email delivery, social platforms, and other integrations may be supplied by third parties and subject to their terms. You are responsible for applicable third-party fees and compliance.

4. Your Website and Content

You retain ownership of content and branding you submit, subject to any third-party rights. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, process, display, adapt, and transmit that material only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the services.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for all text, images, trademarks, customer data, media, and other material you upload. You are responsible for your website’s notices, content accuracy, customer interactions, products, services, taxes, accessibility, and legal compliance.

We may display a reasonable platform credit unless your plan or written agreement provides otherwise.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Merodomain to:

  • Break the law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or facilitate fraud.
  • Publish malware, phishing, deceptive content, unlawful threats, exploitation, or prohibited goods and services.
  • Send spam, scrape without authorization, attack systems, bypass access controls, or disrupt other users.
  • Probe security, reverse engineer protected components, resell unauthorized access, or misuse platform resources.
  • Upload content that you do not have permission to use.

We may investigate suspected abuse and remove or restrict content or access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, third parties, or legal compliance.

6. Trials, Plans, Billing, and Renewals

  • Plan prices, billing cycles, included features, and taxes are shown during signup or in a written order.
  • A free trial may be limited by time, features, or usage and may be changed or withdrawn.
  • Paid plans are billed according to the selected cycle. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law.
  • You authorize the selected payment provider to process applicable charges. Failed or overdue payments may result in restricted or suspended service.
  • Renewal terms and cancellation options shown at purchase or in My Account apply to your subscription.

Promotional prices or credits may have separate conditions and do not create a right to future discounts.

7. Suspension, Cancellation, and Termination

You may stop using the service or request cancellation. Cancellation does not automatically erase amounts already due. Your website may remain available until the end of a paid period, depending on the plan and account status.

We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, security risk, unlawful conduct, material breach, abuse, or where continued service would expose us or others to harm. When reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

After termination, access to websites and content may end. You should maintain copies of important content. We may retain limited records as required for legal, security, and legitimate business purposes.

8. Intellectual Property, Warranties, and Liability

Merodomain and its software, designs, documentation, trademarks, and platform materials are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services during an active account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific business results, traffic, sales, rankings, or complete freedom from errors or security incidents.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Merodomain will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the affected service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend and indemnify Merodomain against third-party claims arising from your content, website, products, services, unlawful conduct, or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

9. General Provisions and Contact

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to services, business practices, or law. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the Merodomain operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Disputes should first be raised with us in good faith.
